At just 46mm, the XL75 provides an ultra low profile with R65 Class 2 LED modules in single dual or tri colour combinations and multiple configuration options.
Xpert SL Lightbar
Our popular, low profile R65 certified lightbar (57mm high) available with the latest super bright XT LED modules and many other options.
Xpert SLX Lightbar
Sleek, low design (54.5mm high), fully customisable for any application, with sign or with LEDs throughout. R65 certified.
Xpert Lightbar
The perfect R65 certified lightbar for tall vehicles. The Xpert's profile (79mm high) can accommodate dual row LED modules for all-important extra warning power.
Xpert DX Lightbar
With its deeper base, the Xpert DX offers all the benefits of the Xpert but with extra rigidity as a longer length lightbar (up to 2.4m).

Another popular choice, the 99.5mm high Xpress will also accommodate dual row LEDs for high visibility warning - no matter how tall the vehicle.

Bespoke Lightbars
With over 25 years' experience in lightbar manufacture, Haztec is known around the globe for its customised lightbars. Customers typically opt for latest generation LED technology but we still offer strobe or halogen lights where preferred.
LEDs are available in single or multi-colour combinations giving you up to three lighting functions in one space-saving module - incorporate coloured LEDs for warning and/or directional arrow functions and even white for spot or takedown functions. In addition to warning lights, many ancillary LED options are available including alley and spot/takedown lights, speed camera indicator lights and stop/tail/turn lights. Combine mirrors with LEDs to multiply light output and so maximise value for money.

Our testing regime verifies all-important properties such as corrosion resistance, water ingress protection, temperature extremes, vehicle mounted vibration and much more.
R65 Certification
Haztec lightbars are independently certified to United Nations ECE regulation no. 65, ensuring they meet minimum standards for light intensity or brightness at all necessary angles. The approval process also verifies flash frequency and light colour in addition to water ingress protection. The certification is recommended in all situations and mandatory in certain cases.
