Firmware Uploader

Install the app to begin to upload the firmware for your EuroSmart product.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove supply power on the device and connect to USB cable.
2. Check for the device for programming is connected.
3. Click "open" to open the corresponding file in the PC.
4. Click "upload" to program the code to the device.
5. Once successful, follow window pop up.

Arrange a Support Session

Install the app on the computer / laptop you want the Haztec technician to remote into.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Download and run the relevant version (Windows or Mac) 
2. If prompted for a gateway address please either type or copy and paste the following:  https://st.haztec.uk:443  
3. Splashtop will then show you a 9-digit session code, give the technician this session code, they will then be able to remotely connect to your PC and provide assistance. 
4. You can save the download on your computer to avoid having to download it again should a subsequent help session be required. To start a future session, simply run the program again by double clicking on the download file and give the code to the Haztec technician.
