LIGHTBAR COMPONENTS
Available in a wide range of lengths, Haztec lightbars can be configured to meet wide-ranging applications meaning there's a lightbar to suit every requirement and every budget.
360 Degree LED Modules
8, 12 and 16 LED single and dual colour 360 degree modules can be combined with mirrors for a cost-effective solution to multiply light output and/or emphasise warning light in a specific direction.
Modules offer a choice of numerous flash patterns, including ICAO Annex 14/CAP 168 Type C compliant airport patterns, and high/low brightness settings.
Corner/End LED Modules
Single or dual row R65 certified* LED modules are typically built into each lightbar corner or end to emit a powerful 360 degree warning signal.
Choose from a range of single colour LED modules - or opt for dual or tri colour modules which give two or three colour warning or combined warning with alley light. Alternatively, dedicated alley lights can be incorporated. * Model dependent.
Inner LED Modules
A wide choice of inner LED modules is available to supplement warning power.
Options include amber, blue, green, red or white single or dual colour modules, offering warning, takedown (steady white) and/or cruise (steady low level blue) lighting selections. For taller profile lightbars such as the Xpress or Xpert, dual row modules provide extra height and light
output.
Ancillary Options
To supplement the many different warning light modules available, Haztec lightbars can incorporate various ancillary options including:
- Alley and scene/spot/takedown lights
- Headlights
- LED message signs
- Centre sign, speakers and speaker grilles
- E marked Stop/Tail/Turn and reversing lights
- Directional arrowbars
Flashers & Integrated Siren/PAs
Lightbar flashers available include the 9-62240, 9-62400, 9-68212 or 9-62820 or the 9-82814 or 9-82838/48/58 EuroSmart control modules. Our sales team will be happy to advise.
Haztec switching controllers allow you to integrate lightbar, warning lights, flashers, sirens and other vehicle warning equipment, allowing advanced switching applications to be programmed and recalled at the touch of a button. Latest generation Haztec lightbars and EuroSmart sirens can be directly controlled by sending commands from the controller - no need to switch heavy power.
Mount Kits
Vehicles and applications vary. Because of this, Haztec can offer a wide choice of mounts including many different permanent mount kits, in addition to hook-on, roof rail and magnetic mount systems. For lightbars
that may need to be periodically removed from the vehicle, we can also offer a choice of quick release roof connectors.
The latest innovation is the universal mount kit which combines ease of mounting, durability and a very high degree of adjustability allowing for very precise direction of light for maximum warning capability.
TRIED, TESTED & CERTIFIED
As with our LED warning lights and beacons, our lightbars are UNECE R65 approved and certified, ensuring a reliable lighting solution suitable for any vehicle and application.
Products certified to the regulation meet minimum standards for light intensity
or brightness at all necessary angles. The approval process also verifies flash frequency and light colour under Class 1 and/or the more stringent Class 2 conditions, in addition to water ingress protection. The certification provides independent verification of the effectiveness of a product’s warning capability.
