Vehicle models and applications vary. Because of this, Haztec can offer a wide choice of lightbar mounts including many different permanent mount kits, in addition to hook-on, roof rail and magnetic mount systems.

For lightbars that may need to be periodically removed from the vehicle, we can also offer a choice of quick release roof connectors.

PERMANENT MOUNT KITS FOR HAZTEC LIGHTBARS

9-000-BK

A simple permanent mount kit consisting of four 20mm high heavy duty rubber spacing adaptors and mounting bolts.

9-000-SBK

Heavy duty solid moulded rubber mounting kit consisting of two 41mm high rubber mounts and four mounting bolts.

9-000-SXBK

As 9-000SBK but rubber mounts are 30mm high. Designed for use with Xpert SLX lightbars.

9-000-PK

Heavy duty stainless steel permanent mounting kit which raises the lightbar profile by 65mm.

9-000-HPK

As 9-000PK but kit raises the lightbar profile by 130mm.

Roof rail fixing kit, consisting of four metal brackets each supplied with two heavy duty coach bolts and locknuts.

9-000-RHK

Kit of two heavy duty brackets designed to clamp onto a variety of modern profile roof rails.

Kit consists of a Z bracket that fixes to the lightbar and two separate clamps to fix against the door aperture.

ROOF CONNECTORS FOR HAZTEC LIGHTBARS

9-0017 quick release roof connector

  • 17 x10A pin straight or 90 degree angled connector with flexible protective conduit to take different cable sizes
  • Secured
    in place via four concealed fixing studs. Moulded gasket with
    integrated splash guard ensures excellent sealing with the vehicle
  • Standing conduit length 300mm (other lengths available)
  • Adjust to suit mounting space
  • Fully weatherproof, IP67 rated
  • 12/24V

9-0008/9-0012 roof mount connector

  • Rugged, weatherproof right-angled 8 or 12 pin connector with quick-release locking mechanism
  • Normally
    supplied with wiring loom but can be ordered with separate push lock
    connectors allowing the loom to be cut to the desired length and the
    connectors fitted without specialist tools. Please specify the length
    marked when ordering
  • 12/24V
