We do our best to ensure all information is accurate and up to date but we reserve the right to make changes without prior notification and without incurring any liability on our part.

Pricing and delivery

All prices are exclusive of VAT and any delivery charges, taxes and tariffs. Orders must be paid for in full before despatch, unless we agree to opening a credit account on your behalf. If you wish to open an account please contact sales@haztec.uk. We will endeavour to fulfil orders in full but reserve the right to deliver items separately where necessary.

Refunds

Because most products are made to order, refunds can only be provided with our prior agreement. Normally, any returns that we accept will be subject to a handling charge, the level of which is product dependent. In the event of failure of goods during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace those goods in accordance with our standard warranty procedure - see below.

Jurisdiction

WARRANTY STATEMENT

We are committed to supplying products of a consistently high quality. We warrant that goods will correspond with the specifications we provide and will be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery. We further warrant that goods will remain free from defects for the length of the warranty period.

In the unlikely event that goods are found to be defective, we will repair or replace those products with new or factory exchanged units at our discretion free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

The goods are installed and used in accordance with the instructions provided

The goods are returned to us at your expense. We accept no liability for any consequential costs incurred such as the cost of labour, travel and/or other expense associated with the removal and/or reinstallation of products, nor any obligation to repair or replace products that are not returned to our registered address

The fault is not caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, abuse or misuse. We are proud to offer warranties which are among the best available on the market. Warranties vary by product type. If no warranty is shown the warranty period will be one year but please check with sales in case of query.
