From extra low profile beacons for fast pursuit police cars to high profile models for taller vehicles such as fire tenders, we’ve got every application covered.

For 2021, Haztec has added yet another R65 beacon to its extensive range. The 3-3552 16LED and 3-3552-1 8LED low profile (80mm high) series is available in up to two R65 certified colours, and comes with built-in flasher and a choice of many different flash patterns, in addition to cruise and night dim options. Multiple units can also be synchronised.

Where customers opt for the magnetic mount version, they can rest assured that the beacon has been wind speed certified to speeds of up to 250 km/h (155 mph). To protect magnets from dirt and dust which might affect their long term performance, magnets feature moulded rubber covers which also help preserve the vehicle paintwork. Other mount options include pole and motorcycle mast.

Haztec believes in providing products fit to meet every eventuality and, for all mainstream beacon ranges, can offer an optional angled rubber mount allowing models to be aligned on a sloping curved roof so as to maximise light output and therefore warning power. An optional stainless steel protective cage is also available which will provide added protection where a vehicle is likely to be exposed to heavy damage for example from trees and branches en route to a scene.
